Análisis de circuitos de flotación utilizando el software de simulación HSC Sim Chemistry

Se diseñó y evaluó un circuito de flotación mediante simulación en el software HSC versión 6.12, modelado módulo “Sim Flowsheet Simulation”, empleando etapas rougher, scavenger cleaner, sin remolienda una mineralogía alimentación compuesta por 0,0012% oro, 11,2% FeS2, 3,2% CuFeS2 85,6% ganga no sulfurosa 90% SiO2 10% Al2O3.
 El modelo se basa balance másico los distintos minerales participantes del proceso, con principal atención parámetros operación como lo son leyes alimentación, tiempos residencia, fracciones mineral flotable, medianamente flotable sus respectivas constantes cinéticas.
 Como resultado las simulaciones que evalúan circuitos, obtuvieron resultados ley cobre concentrado 28,6% colas 0,15%, porcentaje recuperación 86,5% para consta dos cleaner scavenger.
